Ordering

We want to make purchasing as smooth as possible, here you will find step by step instructions on how to place your order. 

1.On most products you will find a text field box for you to type which regiment you would like featured on the ornament, this can be any active, disbanded or amalgamated regiment. There will also be a box for the required quantity of each ornament. Please note we do not have a minimum quantity on any of our ornaments.

2.Once you have provided us with the instructions on your chosen products and added to your basket, at the checkout as a payment option you will find "Invoice/bank transfer after receiving goods" once you have selected payment method and provided shipping details for your order and clicked "place order" ordering will be complete.   The actual invoice will be included in with your delivery and by email , payment is not required until you have received the goods.

3.Payments can be made through the following ways.

If you select "card payment/stripe" at checkout you will receive a invoice once you have received the goods, follow the link attached to make payment, all payments made this way are safe and secure processed by stripe, we do not see your card details.

Free UK carriage on orders over £100.

Orders under £100 delivery cost based on size and weight.

All discounts and free carriage is calculated manually and will be reflected on your invoice.

We are a small family business and therefore prompt payment after you have received the goods is greatly appreciated.

We do not charge any origination fees.
